About ZEDEX ZX-530 Plastics

ZEDEX-530 is a special compound material with excellent sliding properties and extreme high wear resistance. It has a very high temperature and chemical resistance, which makes it a reliable plastic for applications under extreme conditions. Therefore, our ZX-530 high-performance plastic is widely used to manufacture guide, pump and electronic parts that are used in the oil, gas and chemical industries. Thanks to its high mechanical strength and light weight, our ZX-530 is also ideal for vehicle construction. For special applications we offer semi-finished products with our modified ZX-530 compounds. ZX-530 sheets, ZX-530 tubes and ZX-530 rods are available from us in different sizes and in the colors natural and black. In addition to the ZX-530 semi-finished products, we also offer ZX-530 injection molding for lightweight components.

Application Temperature

Our ZEDEX-530 plastic is suitable for applications in a temperature range from -100 °C to 240 °C.
