About ZEDEX ZX-100K Plastics

Our engineering plastic ZEDEX ZX-100K is a special compound with increased elasticity, hardness, long service life and excellent sliding behavior. ZEDEX-100K plastics are particularly suitable for bushings and sliding parts that are operated dry. Due to its low moisture absorption, it is used for applications in damp and dry environments. ZEDEX ZX-100K plastic modifications are made for special applications. Our modified ZX-100K plastics are characterized by high elasticity, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, tensile strength and bursting strength in a wide temperature range. ZX-100K sheets, ZX-100K tubes and ZX-100K rods are available from us in different sizes and in the color natural (white).

Application Temperature

Our ZEDEX ZX-100K plastic is suitable for applications in a temperature range from -100 °C to 110 °C.
